Senior Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives. This role requires a highly capable delivery leader with strong governance skills, excellent stakeholder management, and proven experience running large-scale technical programs. You will oversee multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure critical program milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage largescale cloud migration projects from initiation through to completion.
• Own project planning, delivery schedules, governance reporting, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including architects, engineers, SMEs, and external vendors.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including RAID logs, status reports, and migration plans.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and put in place effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with organisational delivery frameworks and project governance standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Oversee migration waves, cutover planning, and transition to steady-state operations.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering cloud, infrastructure, or large technology transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success leading cloud migration initiatives (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, workloads, storage, and virtualisation.
• High-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex project environments with multiple dependencies and concurrent streams.
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
• Proven capability managing third-party vendors and technical delivery partners.
